Hello! I am so glad that you are here. I want to acknowledge how much courage it takes to seek out a therapist. My name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I strive to create a safe and trusting environment where personal growth, healing, and overall well-being can be achieved. Only through active listening, empathy, and genuine human connection can meaningful, long-lasting, and positive changes occur. It is an honor and a privilege to be invited into my client’s lives to help support them. I believe that every person has worth and I am passionate about helping people live well.
Empowering individuals to recognize that they deserve to live, laugh, and love as their genuine and authentic selves is important to me. My focus areas are palliative medicine, end of life, anxiety, depression, dementia, adoption issues, trauma, grief/loss, addiction, stress, and life transitions.
There is not a “one size fits all” approach to treatment. Just as individuals are dynamic and complex, treatment should be specific to meet the needs of each person. I use the following modalities: strengths-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma informed approach, and behavior therapy.
True well-being is not just the absence of illness; it is the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Embracing a holistic approach means looking at the whole person—nurturing our emotional, mental, and physical health simultaneously. By addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than just symptoms, we unlock a more vibrant, resilient, and fulfilling life.
Danielle will help you create a specialized toolkit designed for personal growth. Her goal is to help you untangle complex emotions and behavioral patterns so you can stop just surviving and start thriving, resulting in better relationships and higher self-awareness.
